Finally found it! Thank you Moderator for redirecting me to correct guides.
I am using this:

using Xavi and Deco as MC, and Ronaldinho and Messi (plus Suazo, amazing signing!) as AMs, on the center but with L-R arrows

Very good results, concedes few goals and scores loads! All defenders on defensive mentality, and all team with Often Closing Down.
Low tempo,short passes, narrow, and 3 attackers on high attacking mentality. If play against very wide team, then add sidearrows to MCs.

No offence chappy, but as Barca I went undefeated for a season on the default 4-4-2....its bloody Barca!!! you dont need a tactic.

so I thought, but kept on losing with other tactics, and always drew 0-0 with more conservative ones...and yes, even Barça needs a tactic in 2007 game!
