Tried this tactic for one season in the EPL as Fulham and only won 4 out of 37 matches. Al Fayed is notably not pleased, despite the very nice attacking play, if my players are bothered to turn up.

If I can retain my good players, I will see whether this tactic works in the Championship next season.

yeah, i signed a co-trainer with motivation skills 20, all his other attributes are pretty sh**

but it works like a charm with him, i get winning very much games in the 2nd half.

I'm curious to that comment to, as I've seen an improvement in my game 8not using this tactic, though) once I started doing them myself.

I was winning at the end of first half 2-0 or 3-0 and in the second half I conceded a goal and the match ended 2-1 or 3-1
It was always going like that
Then I decided to give half-time talks to my assistant manager-ErsunYanal- and it worked really well Now the games end like 4-0 or 5-1
