I'm using this tactic since the start of my second season with F.C. Internazionale and it is working very well so far.

As soon as you score drop the AM back to CM and adjust the attacking mentality and creative freedom to a few notches lower!

I have started using this tactic with Wolfsburg. Initially my results were so-so, but I have tweaked it a bit to suit my players and it seems to be working extremely well. I might need to lower the tempo a bit too after reading some comments about that, as I have a few younger players. I have found a useful variation (for me) to this tactic, because I have a 18 pace and dribbling left wing back and 20 pace left mid, is to change to direct passing, left side focus, and use target man which is the left sided forward (who is Mike Hanke - 20 heading and 18 finishing, and a pretty good first touch) It is great to see some explosive counter attacks down the left flank with the sheer pace of those first two players, and then a delivery to Hanke who despite having crap dribbling quite often bamboozles a defender before taking a shot, or sometimes gets in a good header. I particularly like to use this variation in the wet when short passing doesnt work so well. One thing that infuriates me tho is even in the wet the AI team pulls off an amazing pin point short passing game that makes my team on occassion look like a bunch of 5 year olds.

I use this tactic with little changes and it works

but i need help with fatique. there are games that I just want to draw or even lose, but to keep my players fresh, so how do i do that?
i dont want to change tactic, i'll allways use 4 4 2 but what do i need to change so my players dont go on every ball, so they can save some condition..

You can decrease tackling and closing down tahts the only way

v3 is better in defance and more dominating
Nothing changed in offence
Same amount of goals are still coming

With my spurs team i'm gettin to much goals. I still winning now. But my defence isnt so got. What can i do?
