Well... Have to admit, I'm very impressed so far. Managed a good run with Bayern and I am currently sitting pretty at the top of the league and in to the quarters of the champions league having just hammered Real Madrid 6-1 on aggregate (see my results Bayern here
However, now that I have posted this saying how great the tactic is I don't doubt that things will now go t8ts up and I'll end up getting the sack, so I will reserve judgement for now and will post again when the season comes to a close.

The difference between version 1 and version 2 is tight marking
Version 2 includes tight marking which I think makes the tactic better

Ahh... Remember me? The gaffer whom Al Fayed was extremely unhappy because he got Fulham relegated in his first season? I am in the Championship now and managed to hold on to all my players.
Guess what? 30 games into the Championship and my record is 22 won, 4 draws and 4 defeats. Now, that should get Al Fayed off my back a little, because promotion looks a distinct possibility.
Well, Fulham are now in the League Cup Final in only my second season and in the FA Cup, Liverpool were thrown out of the competition (3-1 win) at Craven Cottage.
If I were to apply this form and postulate things a little, Fulham should be in a decent position in the Premiership.

Very good indeed.. Average rating of 8.11 and has scored 15 goals in 35 games so I guess you could say pretty impressive!
* Just a quick update too. Unfortunately I lost in the quarters to Chelsea though to be honest my Bayern side were the better team through both legs, it's just that the Chelsea side are incredibly tough to break down and managed to nick a goal on a counter attack!

You was right i had to switch back to my old formation , i went 4 games without a win, luckily my players respond to it, so im 3 points clear with two games to go and 20 ahead on goal difference.

Resting the players after the match creates a great difference guys, so people who are saying that it tires our players should think about that
Also this tactic is downloaded times-Addmanager180-

Hey, is there a way to rest alot of players by one click, or something like in the old "Rest players after a match" thingy, i mean manually resting guys 50 times a season will make bloodveins pop.
Something like "rest all tired players" or anything? :l
