My training schedules for different positions are all set to have medium workload.
Slider is set to exactly this whit stripe (let's say medium high, then) just before workload gets heavy.
Most of my players are happy with it, but some are not and training overview says they're unhappy with current heavy training.
What's the consequences for that and what should I do?
Is it necessary to decrease workload or should I leave it like it is?
Is it just the case where you have to try hard to get better and players who are not able to cope with that, should push harder or move to another club if they don't like to work hard?
