I am playing as Preston and using the FUss V2 tactic with great success, currently 3rd in the table. However every match i waste five or six perfectly good chances because my strikers and wingers keep on shooting inside the box, even if there is an easy pass to the left or right leaving them with a simple tap in. Any ideas on how to make them lay it off to other better placed people?

You can either use players with the preferred move "Looks for Pass Rather than Attempting to Score" or lower your player's long shots to "rarely" in the player instructions.
