Hi guys here are my Team FormationTeam Instructions FullBacksInstructions CentreBackInstructions DMCIntructions
Attacking wise i am ok with it...i can score well with my counter-attacking football, but defence wise my team isnt that strong..
When crosses are made to my penatly box, there will be a opposition player lurking at the far post UNMARKED and that is terrible, and i am leaking goals from crosses like that, and sometimes opposition can send a defence splitting pass to score against me as well.
I think i really need help from u guys to help me build a solid defence, even water cant leak through my goals ratios is (2.2) but i am conceding at (1.1) I hope experts can help me out...Rashid,Cleons and all pros pls help!

Just can't see that formation succeeding in the long run, as your full backs have just got nobody to hepl them out, so you are likely to have crosses raining in on you.
I don't think the barrows on the full-backs are a good idea when you have got them set to a defensive mentality.

Also your deep defensive line is an open invitation for the opposition strikers to be able to get very close to your goal to get on the end of the crosses

Yes i was wondering if the problem was the deep defensive line...and also i have my 2 MC to help out on the flanks with the closing down options but overallthe defence is not solid.
I am sitting at the top of the EPL with Reading. But just lost 2 games,to Liverpool and Bolton, and the AI now seems to pick on my weakness. The following games is the same as the AI keep exploiting my weakness. My defense just cant cope it..And now i am dropping to 4th.I dont have any idea where it went wrong and how to make changes...pls advice on how to make changes...And advice me excactly where to make the changes..

I couldn't really help you much with that formation, as it is not one I have ever tried or would want to.
You've done really well to get Reading to where you have, but it looks like teams have spotted your weakness now.
I guess if you want to keep the general feel of the tactic, you could try changing it into a 4-3-3 with the 3 midfielders in the CM positions, I would sarrow the outer two and barrow the central one. You would need to move your defensive line up to about 10 as well in my opinion.
This should help to give your full-backs a bit more cover, and also keep the strikers further away from your goal, when they try and meet crosses.

Swash, how about the closing down options?i guess i need to close down fast and solid at the flanks to prevent any crosses in to the box,but to put the defensive line up to 10..i might be vunerable against fast and pacey strikers to run behind my DC from those killers balls..

Defensive line of 10 is not particularly high, so as long as your centre backs have decent pace it really shouldn't be a problem.
The closing down on your full backs looks high enough already.
Another thing you could try is to take tight marking off your defenders. Although it sounds like a good idea in theory in my game my team seem more solid without it.

i guess i have only need to put the side arrows on my MC in hoping them will close down the opposition wingers fast...as in the defensive line i am not going to make changes i am going to see if the side arrows can do the job.

I myself am perfecting a 4-1-2-3 but as a prev post says, you have definately got your two wide strikers way 2 high, here is mine so far i have had very good success i was sitting top of the prem but i have started to mess with my full backs as they were hoofing it up 2 often, i think i have found the cure but it will take 10 games at least to see, i mean i just held chelsea to 1 shot in 45 mins and created 9 myself.
SoRrY - I have just realised that my computer does not have PAINT on it? going to see if i can downloa it from somewhere?
