have some good technical and physical youngsters with poor mental attributes,how do i improve this?

Mental attributes will go when they get older and more experienced..thats normal
There is not meny young 17 old kids with high mental stats afaik.

Try increasing Tactical slider

Defending training improve concentration.
Attacking impr creativity.
Shooting increases composure.

Now tell me those 3 aren't mental stats.

There are also some training that if you don't do it will decrease some mental stats, like:
-If you don't do defending, you'll get lousy bravery. Even for senior players.
others i dunno.

Have u tried tutoring the young? It improves their mental too, alot.
