It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

All four are on their NOW ok?

Also both the above tests were used with a pre-season. So for the tactic to be effeciate give it a go. Also be ready to tweak especially early season, then once the players start to 'gel' it will settle down.

This is how my Sunderland season finished.

Really pleased with the outcome although most of the games lost and drawn could've done better. No idea how next season will fair for either team.

Still no feedback at all... yet it continues to work for me. I guess it's because i have learnt how to tweak it and when.
I think that the most important positions are the TM, DM and AMC (middle one) as the right player chips in with a few goals.
After gaining promotion from the Conference North i should be settling for avoiding relegation, but my target was mid-table.
During the 1st half of the season i always remained about mid-table although i did have to tweak far to much. Then around December it seemed to 'click'. I've won the last 5 League games and just moved inside the ]play-offs...
What i have noticed though is that during those 5 games i hardly needed to twek in-game. I selected my settings according to whom i was playing then just altered during the last 10 mins.
I'm not sure why this happened, is it because i changed my DM and TM? Two important positions?
But even so, when my team 'gelled' i was expecting to hold a comfortable mid-table postion not challenging for promotion.
Another thing i do now is if i'm the underdogs i reduce the Creative Freedom by about 2 or 3.

After hovering in and out of the play offs i changed my formation to a 5-3-2 and suddenly shot to the top of the League, but dropped to 2nd place at the last game. We (Vauxhall Motors) came through the play offs comfortable though, winning the 1st game (S-F) 3-0.
Since getting promotion into the League, which used to be Div. 4, now Div. 2 i think - i was heavily tipped to return back to the non-League.
Only played a couple of games but what a start!
]!!

The player settings haven't changed to much.
Five at the back which keeps a good defence, Three in central midfield (no wide players) with the centre midfielder having an arrow going right up to the front two.
The front two is the typical big man/fast man combination that works so well.... if you get it right.
I tried this tactic with Sunderland and it didn't appear to work then i changed the front two and the tactic just 'clicked' together.
The right front man must be good in heading/jumping and the left one must be fast - pace/acceleration.

Here's the link to the new version...
