I always find a nice way to find new players is by scanning through clubs latest transfers. Especially when shopping for youngsters, because the AI often has eyes further afield than I do.

I saw that they had paid 1.7m to co-own Nicola Urso, a player from fiorentina. I thought ill check him out, you know, just have a little browse.

I was pleasantly surprised.

Im pretty sure he's not a regen as he doesnt appear in Fiors promoted youth players, so my questions are these:

Has anyone else ever bought/had Urso in their side?
Is he worth the 4m (2m for each 50%) im paying?
What sort of level can he play at when at his peak?

By the way, I am managing liverpool in my second season. I Play a 4-3-3 or 4-5-1, with a big targetman upfront.
Urso looks likely to turn into a playmaker type of forward, if so I'll probably just buy him to sell for a profit later.

Im interested to here if anyone else has experience with him or wether he is a one off.

i don't think anyonce can give u a definitive answer because he starts off with random CA and PA.

Damn yeah thats what i was worried about, that he would in effect be a 'newgen' because at the start of the game he has totally random stats.

I'm playing as Fiorentina at the moment and I recognise him from my youth team. His stats aren't anything like that though - he's bobbins!
