I signed Nakamura from Celtic once. He's very under-rated in the game, IRL he's one of the best if not the best in Scotland and one of the best left-footers in the world.

My takeover collapsed  , so now im still stuck with a rubbish wage budget. Hopefully he will consider his options and let me pay him the max closer to the end of his contract.

He's definately better than he is in the game IRL. Yes he is far better at fre kicks and corners than anything else, but he can do other stuff quite well.

Sell him. I know he is the best player in the Celtic team but sometimes its wise to keep the wage budget in better shape and also potentially you could make more transfer funds available.
Replace him with another playmaker like Sapara or Gera(he is coming out of contract as well).
