Don't have it but I can tell you what I think it was.
Transfer list & set asking price to £0 - when teams make offers of £0, make a proposal of £0 plus add a monthly instalment fee. It's best using 24 months as you'll get a lot more.
Got 30m for Guiseppe Rossi doing this.

I do this, clubs offer £0 and I can not change any part of the deal. I can only reject, stall or accept. Do i need to put the monthly instalment fee when I offer to clubs?

Yeah. When value is set to £0, you will get a lot of interest. So offer him to the clubs for £0 + monthly instalments.
Forgot about that. Sorry.

If i sell a player of 0 plus 20m over 24 month.What would happen if the team that bought the player sold him after a year.

It works. I even sold Galbraith (Man Utd) for 5m, and had offers of around 7m. He's quite a poor player but because of the payment, teams will pay it.
