Just wondering which club in League Two has the highest transfer budget, and which one has the highest wage budget?

Also any good tips on actually selling players?

I only know Swindon have 50k but you can get them promoted without spending anywhere near that amount.

Was that straight away or after you spent the original budget? Is it the new Chairman - MacAnthoney?
