for much cheaper options go to tenerife in the second division. i have been managing with them lately and iriome, angel and makukula have been playing well, however i have only tested them at 2nd division level and they might not keep you in la liga.

ljubinjankis or something like that he plays for fc domzale and can be bought for around 250.000 euro and i guarantee + 20 goals a season (well he did for me)

depends what season you are in, daniel sturridge at man cioty is good, altidore from the US is also young good and cheap

why not look to south america plenty of top players over there for decent prices especially in brazil check out brazilian clubs for top strikers available for loan from santos,cruzeiro,internacional,vasco,flamengo theres a few. Also argentine clubs like boca and river but i would say brazil is your best bet. so many players there you're bound to get someone.
