Which one should be played as a target man? and what options should i give them. Or maybe none of them need to be target man

i don't set instructions for either but i believe many play jo as TM, crossing to his head, and rooney on forward runs.

You can have rooney has TM if the ball is played into his feet otherwise Jo for ball to head supply.

i'm inclined to put left footed strikers on the left and right footed on the right. so jo plays on the left for me.
