After taking the reigns of England i decided to change things.

The first game was against Ze Germans and i started 11 Uncapped players and 5 uncapped subs come on.

Expecting a hiding i won 4-2

im 99% sure Downing and Walcott have both been capped, Downing quite a few times!

I think he was referring to the staring 11 as being uncapped not those on the bench arsenal_2111
