I just down loaded the beta patch and installed it. should i start a new game or continue the one i started before i installed the patch.

I would suggest running your current game till the full 8.0.1 patch comes out and then start a career game.

i would personaly recommend starting again unless your emotionally attached to your current save.

I would carry on with you game. I say this because you will be in the same position of having to start a new game when the 'final' patch is released.

fm07 had a measly 2 patches is that right, what's up with that?

Can't say how many there will be. I don't think there will be more than 2, perhaps not even more than 1. I think one game had three altogether but I'm not sure which one. With FM07, I'm not sure if it was two or three, but all patched up it was excellent so thats why there weren't anymore patches.

probalby because it only needed two. although they could have spread the fixes across 8 patches if you'd like.
