Sorry about this question im new to this game .

So when you are managing a team will other teams offer contracts to you? Or do you have to apply to manage that team, because im managing this team and i haven't gotten any offers from other teams.

If other club want you as a manager they will step in and contact you but this is unlikely.
If you try to apply for a job watch out because your actual board probably won't be too happy

You don't necessarily have to apply for the job, I've been offered a number of International Jobs before, the most recent being from the Czech Republic.

It depends how far into the game your I believe, teams will more than likely want an experienced manager at the helm so job offers will be rare in the first five or so seasons.
