That around 10 players a year end up with "World Class Potential" but of those maybe one will actually become reasonable because 5 will retire before ever getting a club and the other four will rot in the reserves for all eternity because reserve player progression is also broke?
Or is it the nationalities. I'm running 15 leagues (all the major European ones, South American ones, and a couple of lesser leagues), yet for the past 7 seasons all the fantastic regens have been either from a generic nobody country or German.
Perhaps it's the positional statistics. After all, we all want wingers who can make towering headers and long throws but have the pace and crossing ability of my gran, don't we?
Or maybe it's the keepers who are 5'9 tall with a jumping of 8? And that's the good ones.
Regens are completely, utterly, useless. They have great stats in useless areas, physical stats are always useless because they're tied into CA (Of course there aren't any fast teenagers or strong teenagers or teenagers with good stamina, it's just like real-life

), or they come from such an obscure country that they retire aged 18.
