How Come On FM 2008 Whenever I Play As Manchester United On FM My budget is so small that i struggle to spend in excess of 20 million pounds and also wage budget is soo small at the start of the game i realize utd are in debt, however in the real world they have just been able to offer cristiano ronaldo a 5 year contract worth close to 150,000 pounds sterling a week, this is far from possible in game so i guess my question is wat sort of budget details would i have to add into the game using an editor, to get a realistic budget inviroment for manchester united

i just started a game with aston villa and if you say you reckon you can get into europe they give you 20 million then if you ask for more when you run out they give you another 20 million
yes but as in real life utd are paying off a loan of hundreds of millions that the glazers took out to buy the club, however as glazer is a multi-millionaiire any and EVERY time fergie wants money for either contracts or transfers in the real world he gets it when you try in fm you just get told to get lost i just wish that there was a way to imitate utds real budget structure so say for eg if you were after a world class player like for eg ronaldo, that the board would make funds available just like the board did in real life for the purchases of hargreaves , nani, ronaldo and anderson!!!

Fergie has been in charge at Manchester United for 20+ years. He is trusted. You are (just as I and all other FM managers are) a total nobody in relative terms. Obviously you won't get as much money.
again im not talking on a personal level ive looked at my finances, MY CLUB DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO GIVE ME WAT IM SAYING IS IN REAL LIFE THIS IS NOT THE CASE HOWEVER ON THE GAME IT IS! MY POINT IS IRRESPECTIVE OF HOW LONG FERGIE IS THERE , IF THE CLUB HAVNT GOT MONEY THEY CANNOTT GIVE IT TO FERGIE EITHER HOWEVER WE ALL KNOW THAT IN THE REAL WORLD UTD DO HAVE FUNDS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE PLAYERS AND TO PAY CR 7 44 MILLION QUID OVER 5 YEARS SO WHY ON EARTH ARE THE CLUB IN SHITLOADS OF DEBT ON THE GAME!
I APPRECIATE THE REPLYS but you are all missing my point i asked a simple question in my first post, wat options would i have to change in the editor to put utd in an accurate real world position financially meaning that although they are paying off a 200 odd million loan theres still money there to spend on ludicrously high contracts for the likes of ronaldo and money available to spend on players EXACTLY Like there is in Real Life!
and obviously i dont want to change my balance to 2000000000000000000000 pounds as this would just be ridiculous as i could buy everyoine and it would make the game void of fun!
you would just have to increase the start cash im guessing, but i think its already very high so i think it would be the chairmans amition or something, not 100 percent never properly used the editor
I would guess you would have to increase the ambition level of the chairman. Don't know how, or even if you can though.
I think SI have made a few arrors as to Man Unt's financial situation(I've never managed them, this is based on what I read in here) as they always seem to go bankrupt and go into administration(despite not spending big), something I doubt will happen irl.
