Hi,

I tried making a new team on '06, starting in the conference north. Because my laptop is a little on the slow side it took ages to load up but I stuck with it and managed to make the changes. Once I'd done them, and double checked I tried to save the changes. Once again it slowing started to do it....until my computer crashed.

That meant my db was corrupt so I've had to fix that. Which is fair enough, its a risk you take when you edit I guess.

I'd like to know though, are there any shortcuts for creating a new team with a new stadium (finances, kit, rivals etc, not players)? Because otherwise I'm going to have to go through the editor and it'll probably crash again because my computer can't handle it.

And if I have to use the editor, is there anyway of speeding the process up?

Apologies to the old hands here who are probably sick of questions like this. I did do a search but I didn't come up with anything useful in this situation.

Thanks. I tried it and it worked this time. It did take me an hour and a half just to make the team. AH well, worth it in the end Im sure.
