Dan, as I read it he wants to blank the database, then add to it. He knows playing with a blank database won't work.

I'm not sure if just adding a few players will really work.

The game will be filled with virtual players.

Any is better than the current crop. I know the game already generates staff depending on reputation at the start of the game anyway.

Virtual players will be unknowns so it will be like actually using fake names
