Hi i've done a search on this but found nothing about it.
Why is Peter Crouch so good in the game. After just 1 season he as like 10 caps and 9 goals and always scores 25+ goals in 40 odd games very, very unrealistic. He's only scored about that in his crappy, over-rated career. he always ends up being worth 13+ million as well.
On paper, Peter Crouch IS good. The problem is, he isn't living up to expectations.
At the end of the day, it's like Andy Cole. On paper, he's also quite good but he went through a really long period at Man U without scoring (before scoring a hat at Old Trafford against Barnsley, at which I was present!).
give the real life Peter time, and see what happens...
Crouch has been excellent for Liverpool this season,funny as that may sound he has.IMO the best buy of the season at Liverpool.Now youre thinking "is TK on drugs ?,the answer is no,even though the guy has not scored his share presence,holding up play to allow the midfielders to get forward and score has been invaluable and IMO give us at least 10 more points that we would of had without him and another striker in his place.
the thing is tho Tosh is that spending 7m on a STRIKER that has nearly went the equivalent of a FULL day without scoring - isnt a good return - infact it is horrendous pal- he has been good holding line and what not but he needs to be scoring, and scoring regularly at that to deem him value for cash
also, he aint v. good in my game either - weird....
