Can someone with an unedited copy of the original database files host them for download? Me being stupid has not backed up the files and dont really want to have to reinstall the game.
I made a backup of the database.Was editing last night and thedamn eletricity went of in the middle of saving it.I replaced the original with the backup but my game still wont load.Am I doing something wrong?
I am of the impression that that just wouldn't be possible unless SI did it because a completely unedited version of the db would be property of SI since it isn't changed from the one they released.
In future, I strongly suggest that you back up the database. I mean, how hard can it be to click 'yes'?
nickfotty: You might want to re-install the game again. Sounds like something may have corrupted.
If it is because of facepacks etc then copy your Football Manager 2006 folder to another location, uninstall FM06, reinstall it then copy everything back across from your saved copied location APART from the databases so you have a clean copy.

Yes that was why, thankyou i thought id have to download everything again haha
