i think its a program that creates programs or assists in making them? not 100% tho someone like dan or one of the people who make programs would need to clarify  | |

C++ is a programming language, used to create programs. It is not a program itself anymore than the English language is a book  | |

its a programming language which is involved with Visual Studio. which is an application with Visual Basic, C++, java etc...
im my memory serves me right is C++ not just machine code or is the that just C??

Please don't confuse the issue Borat.
C++ is included in Visual Studio, but isn't exclusive to Visual Studio. It just happens that Visual Studio is the most popular environment for coding in the Windows OS.
Also, Visual Studio (last time I checked (about one minute ago)) does not include Java. It does however use J# support.
Furthermore, machine code is something which is understood by the CPU. By definition, this means that any programming language must allow some form of interpretation by the CPU.
