A few of my players (young and playing regular first team football) have recently gone down 2 stats on a number of attributes despite not being injured and are on 5 star training.
This may happen due to the time of year with heavy pitches, playing too many games as a youngster, tiredness and boredom with the training schedules. Give them a rest and try moving them to a different schedulwe for a month.
this is happening to allotof my players as well, whilst they are all happy with their schedule. And this happens randomly throughout the year. Give me a moment and i'll check if the drop in stats have anything in common.
This is common with 3 people in my squad at the moment. No injuries, all happy with schedule with no intensive training.

Alot of people are experiencing the same thing as you. They have 5 start training, excellent facilities, players playing well with high morale and all of a sudden there stats take a nose-dive by sometimes 2 or 3 points. (seems to affect technical stats the most).
