Aerobic training concentratyed on Agility, Balance, and Jumping but there are other areas which will help heading

Ball control seems to be most directly associated with heading, although improving your strength and jumping with strength training and aerobic training, respectively, is also important. Bravery translates to good heading, too, but I don't think that's a trainable attribute.
