Is low "working with youngsters" a reason to put your youngsters in the first team to get more stars ?
When I put the training schedule together for the youngsters it gets much less stars than for the first team training. Could this be a reason to promote all of my youth players to get them proper training ?

I had never noticed that you can sign people specifically as youth coaches! However, all my normal coaches are listed as training the youngsters, and in addition I just signed 2 dedicated youth coaches... Looks like the U-20 team is getting better training than the senior squad!!

That is probably because they are in their "growth stage". My problem is that I am managing a conference north club and consequently can't afford youth and first team coaches..

Neither can I put any of the Sub-20 members in the first team training, because the option just isn't there to click. They have to be in the senior squad. Maybe these are the rules in Italy...

No, because all my senior coaches in serie C1 are also training the youngsters... no doubt about that. The scout page clearly show them as training them.
Also, when signing normal coaches, it says that these coaches can train all squad members, and when signing youth coaches it says that these coaches can only train youngsters.
