Hi there, i'm just wondering what training you find improves your players most, because im using one that just trains specific positions e.g DC's, DRL's DMC's etc.
But find when its pre season i just use my own one where Strength/Aerobic are on high and everything else is just under half-way. Then when i check the improvements, almost EVERY player has green arrows in all aspects of training (bar the injured ones)
So I carried on using this and it seems to be alright but i don't wanna be training my strikers to defend and vice-versa.
What is THE best training out there for improving stats a lot? I've tried a few but to no success.

C'mon lads! Surely someone can help. Just askin what everyone (or the majority) finds is the best training schedule that greatly improves a players stats.
