This may sound stupid but how do you retrain a player to play in a different position?

try elano, I play him CM with the arrow running in behing the front two and have him as playmaker, he's quality and I am 2nd in my first season with man city sqwuad as it is this season after 31 games!

Do what I do,
Find a good young AMC and retrain him to MC. But play him in that position while training him and it takes twice as quick to retrain him.

| You click on a player. Go to his training. It says Training Schedule at the top left. Under that it says Players on Schedule. Under that it says New Position. Click on the arrow then choose the position you want him to learn to play.
