i am pre-patch and want to manage a national team that has quality players but is very very low down in the rankings e.g. south africa?

and i am wondering wether managing a club at the same time and getting the staff/players that i have at the national team and play with the same tactics i use at the national team would it improve how the players work/play together

ehm.. well considering your national team should always consist of the best and those who perform well having them all one one team is bound to cause some of them to lose their position. It benefits players to play with eachother, sure but if you have them all on the same club team, that's going to cause problems. Some will play better, and some will perform much much worse.
