Im managing West Ham in my 1st season and I have 10mill left. I am after a goal keeper and I can get Pletikosa for 2.5mill, how good is he? and can he handle the prem or should i splash the rest of my money on Gordon?

Craig Gordon, He is a great buy. Don't know about 10 million though, I usually pay 5-7 million???

why not go for Jaaskaleinan, should get him for WAY less than that 10. or Ochoa, Ustari, Enyemena.. all good buys, and can get them cheap (although i think ochoa starts at Lazio)

Don't know much about pleitkosa, but Rykba (not sure of spelling, sorry) seems to be very recommended by my scouts as well

if i were u i would get Craig Gordon i got him for about 7million and i am chelsea and could u tell me who is pletikosa first time i have ever heard of him and is he any good

pletikosa is the first goalkeeper for croatian national team IRL and lately prone to mistakes.

Don't know how good he is in game, never had him, nor did I watch at his stats. In fm2006 however he did really well for me.

If I played West Ham, I'd probably go for Gordon, but that's only because I prefer "domestic" players.

Put an offer of £5m for Gordon, Herts always negotiate to £6. Absolute bargain for the player he is.

I'm playing West Ham right now and Gordon's been the keeper of the year. I faced Pletikosa twice during the UEFA and he's awesome too, at least he was during those two games, que got a 9 the two matches, we won 1-0 home and classified. If it hadnt been for him it would've been a huge difference. But, anyway, go with Gordon he's been awesome.

gordon has been horribly unreliable for me in 2 different games, i stay well clear.

gordon is good but why not try coupet from lyon
