arsenal 1st season im 6 points ahead of chelsea in 1st position .. in the january transfer window and want to buy sergio ramos i have like 60 mil and his value is 31 mil i offered 50 mil and real madrid still didnt accept what do i need to offer ?

offer 10 mil upfront and 30 mil over 24 months and build it up like that untill they accept mate
