How do i Help a Player With "alot of potentail" Develop into a great player? i currently have just 1 hot prospect named Emillio Nsue any ideas?

Give them the correct training program to nurture them and give them matches/send them out on loan to a side they will play regularly.

hey mate, im guessing your pretty new around here

just to let you know... its prefered if you write in english and not txt speak

also.. to give them the right training, you need to make sure you have a balanced but not overloaded schedule for them.....

you can download some from loads of places... check out the training and tactics forums in here

also if you have a particularly great prospect... sometimes its best to create an individual schedule to suit them.. to get the best from them... you'll learn how to do this after playing for a while... check out the forums and guides etc... very useful..


p.s ... nsue becomes amazingly good after a fair few seasons

i dont understand what it means it doesnt tell me hwat training i need for hot prospects

well you use your initiative?

i.e what would you expect to use for youths?

personally... id go highly on skills and a bit less on the physical .. as that will come naturally... its a part of the game mate...

you can just download some if you dont wanna do it yourself
