Playing as the boro doing ok until after christmas, even tho ive won the league cup i now find myself 13th when i was in 4th with a 6 point gap at one point!! Just cant seem to get it right with them any1 else tried and failed?

hes a sub for me have boateng and arouca in cm as sold downing to villa for £17.5mil brought in guardado and modric too, really cant understand the Huge dip in form:S

you've got to many players with different nationalities , which means most wont be able to communicate due to not understanding eachothers language.

Really didnt think that would make a huge difference long as the teamwork was half decent, just signed luiz adriano from internacional for 900k (had a release clause) hes got 5 in 3 so far looks a bargain

well language could be a problem but before christmas you had good results so the problem is somewhere else. Did you have many injuries maybe?
