I've never paid more than £200k for him ever even second season. His stats are weak but he is a decent player in a few seasons after the right sort of training.
He is an excellent player, but not really upto Man U standards due to his weak stats he starts off with.
Cleon,what is the oldest player you would sign if you think he is decent but you could improve,ie Bojan of Barca C is very young so he def can improve.But what about a 22/23 year old,how much can they improve?
I'm not Cleon ofc But in my previous experiences if they have a CA of below 100, and are about 21, they will not reach there full potential. But this is in most cases, they could still reach it, but it is highly unlikely.
Once a player reaches 24 its more about maintaining the stats he as rather than improving on them. So if he looks like he as poor stats when hes 22/23 then likelyhood is they wont alter that much. I'm not saying they will never change but its extremely rare that they improve significantly.

Theres no way hes ready for first football at ManU yet, hes a few years away from that I feel. Or if you do play him then sub apperances and a few cup games etc.
