Ok, we've all got them players who have dire fitness levels and just get broken legs for tripping over his shoe laces.

How do we get over this? I've got some good young talent coming up and poor old John Fleck, at loan at Wigan at the moment, has a Natural Fitness of 4... He's 18 now and most of my other players have boosted theirs to about 12-16 since they came at the tender age of 16.

Any ideas on how to get this up? Ive got fitness training programs up but they've had no real effect. Anyone else had Fleck and got his fitness up?

You could try heavily focusing strength training.. ie set up a schedule for Fleck with strength on intensive and everything else on low.

Although be aware, intensive strength training is what creates injuries in fm08 in the first place... Double edged sword there mate!
