or my ac milan team he regularly scores even when he gets injured and comes back he still scores just wondering if there is a way to improve him by training because whenever he gets injured he loses his ability in pace, stamina and acceleration

Is this just part of hi getting older or can training help?? should i make an individual training regime any ideas would be welcomed??

To be honest I think it's down to his age more than anything. I noticed at the start of a new game he looks quality, but by the end of the first season his stats have dropped considerably (particularly his pace).

Mate he just gets injured their is no way to stop it tbh
