Like the topic title say, i was wondering if Tony Colbert (Arsenal Coach) would be a good assistant manager?

He has high stats in both Motivation and Working with youngsters, which i see as important, but are there any other stats that a good Ass.Man needs?

if so, please say if Colbert has these stats, or if you can reccommend someone better!



BTW, im Arsenal, start of 6th season, pre-patch. I need a new Ass.Man because Pat Rice just retired!

I think he needs better stats for judging player's ability and potential.

Don't know if you've considered Liam Brady but I used him as an assistant when I managed the England team and I won Euro 2008 and got to the quarter-finals of the WC so I highly recommend him!

mate what you have there it's a pure technical coach he trains the stats
