For the right winger go for Sotiris Ninis, he becomes great and is a Championship level player at start. Also get Bjarnason as backup.

That there should cost you around 3 million and covers you for the future.

And yes, get Breno.

Ninis is good for the future, Belluschi is great for the first season, although he tends to hold the ball and try to score when he really, really should cross it.

Breno is great but I'd also reccomend getting Samba (about 1.2-2 mil) while Breno arrives and as decent cover. Can sell him for about 10 in season two aswell.
