well i have spent all my time playing lower league and have only played higher leagues when and if i got promotion.
well the thing is, i have decided to play a bit higher this time while i wait for CM4,and have started in division 1.
hang on lads dont start to flame me by not playing in the lower leagues, the team im playing as needs all the help it can get.
i have started off as the new manager off :-
nottingham forest
who are 18 million in debt and any bid that comes for your players has to be accepted otherwise you will be shown the door!
ok they have some decent players a squad of 30+, but if you sell your best and aint got no money as you cant get rid off the big noose round your neck, plus no player wants to come to you and all your left with is just the youth and backup players i think i might have my work cut out.
also every week you are losing money so the odds are against me i think.
i will soon be in the conference the way things are going

Sorry my old chum, English First Division is never LLM - someone will bail you out of debt and then you'll go on to conquer the world. Unfortunately we don't want to know about it. Try Leigh RMI in the conference.

I think instead of boards always baling you out there should be boards who stitch the club up something rotten and leave you in the sh!t.

What? The Irving Scholar factor? Yeah, could be interesting. Does the chairman later get sent to prison for fraud?

Even if they waited a season or two before they bailed out the debt it'd be a challenge, because by then you'd have sold off anyone promising in the vain hope of clearing the debt yourself.
But no. Inside two months some money grubbers will save the day, and by the end of the season you're vying for promotion. And then it's the Premiership, where they throw money at you faster than you can spend it even if you wanted to.
So where's the brauts?
