I just took Southport to win the English Conference in my first season i just wanted to tell everyone because i was pretty proud of myself as i was not expecting to nor did i really try as i had embarked on a youth policy for the future as i'm in for the long haul. We're doing well in the 3rd div to. We have won 5 drawn 3 and the 3 we drew we were up in the 90 minute mark of every one of them but then the late equaliser. My youngsters will learn though. Any advice from anyone on how to become a bigger club and becoming pro would be appreciated.

The only hints you'll get in this forum are hints on how to post league tables properly. And I still can't bloody do it!
Have to get practising ready for when CM4 comes out. And I like Iajafar's posting of screens too... Maybe I could try that instead...
I think promotion to div 2 is looking good i'm top of the table at the moment after about 18 games so i look forward to going full pro then i suspect. But wouldn't it be good if you could get to Premier League as semi pro.
