D C is always my favourite football position. I tend to find loads of decent D C that stay in the squad for ages. The other positions seem to flit in and out of my squad.

Anyway in response to the first question.
I don't have a favourite position in CM. Seems strange to me.

I didn't mean in CM, I meant in the beautiful game itself ...and in answer to my second question, my thrill at seeing a good DC in action has nothing to do with my LLM preferences.
Well, I find it hard not to consider the fact I played keeper for a decade when I answer this question. That said, the few quality saves a keeper gets to make a season, though awesome and spectacular, is more than offset by the time you spend watching grass grow. That is, unless your team is horrible...
So as a fan and coach, probably my favorite player to watch is a quality 10 shirt at the AMC in action.
I played six whole games for an under 11s team once. Played EVERYWHERE, foward, midfield and defence, apart from goalkeeper (and I once was going to play goalkeeper if we made it to the final of a friendly cup). I played my best fooptball at DR, however, and have taken a liking to D/DM RL ever since.
I don't mind goalkeeper either, where I've played in that position a couple of times for inter-school football.
I have a love-hate relationship with goalkeepers. There's nothing greater than a GK standing on his head, turning aside shot after shot after shot. And there's nothing more frustrating than seeing that performance on the other end. Kind of like CM that way.
