Despite being very unlucky this year and only just missing out on promotion, i've decided to basically flog the entire starting 11 bar a few players (that'll teach 'em!).
I've kept my rather famous goalkeeper, an inspirational M RC, and a fantastic M/S C.

Everybody else is off including the fans player of the year (what do they know anyway? He was crap.)

I've brought in what looks to be some players that are about 20 times too good to play for me. Any bets on them actually being pants? [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="big grin[/IMG]

I'm trying to get over my dissapointment of this seasons success and consequent failure by telling myself we weren't good enough anyway and it was all a big fluke. [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif" alt="smile[/IMG]

Now the table below may show a happy story, but the finances behind the top-of-the-table, world dominating Torslanda are not quite so rosy. I made a massive error signing a quality left-winger, who i thought i was getting on a free at the end of his contct but ended up paying 100k for.

100 f*cking k!!!!! That was my hard earned trasfer kitty down the bog! Now of course my money is dissapearing quicker than Cherie Blairs' credibility due to this players weekly wage demands.

Now i've got a dialemma - i've put together a quality squad (for this league anyway), who are costing me a fortune, but have a good chance of promotion, but are crippling me with their ridiculous 200 hundred pound a week demands.

I've worked out that if it goes this way for the rest of the season, i'll be broke before it finishes. I've got no players of any worth left to sell.

Got to grit my teeth and pray for promotion, even though i'm pretty sure that won't help me too much from a finance perspective, it may just save my job until i can jump ship like the rat i am. [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="big grin[/IMG]

Well i did it and the finances sorted themselves out after i was forced to sell my super midfielder, my left back and my old left winger (the one that cost 100k) for their min. release clauses (300, 150 and 150k respectively).

My rather famous goalkeeper got sent off the second to last game of the season for the third time this season and for the second time got banned for a further two matches for misconduct which meant that he would miss the playoff for promotion. [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif" alt="mad[/IMG] I would fine him, but decent goalkeepers look scarce so i'm taking the Wenger approach. pretending i never saw the incident and that it only happens becasue we're Torslanda and if we were any other team it wouldn't have happened.

Needless to say my other goalkeeper is crap, and my record with him in goal is poor to say the least. I wasn't hopeful, but after a 2-2 away from home in the first leg and a 4-1 demolition in the second (they were all over me too until they got a player sent off [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="big grin[/IMG]) i was up and looking forward to my first promotion in Sweden. Until i go down next season.

Oh and i brought a few players in too with the fortunes i made. They're not as good as the players i lost, but they'll do.
