realism shouln't spoil the fun of the game. I like realism but it makes game boring.
The simplest example - would you want to play one match every three days at most? IRL manager has his staff which help manager in many boring tasks, like training. They also have three days to choose tactic, analyze opponent etc.
Player have much less time and no staff to help, so he shouldn't be forced to do as much as real manager.
