I am playing as my beloved Sunderland and had a terrible start or 1 win 1 draw and 5 loses. I had signed 7 players and sold 4. All of a sudden my team just beat Wigan 4-2 at home and then whooped Liverpool 4-1 at Anfield. A spokesperson for t he supporters said this will bring a new successful era to Sunderland, over reacting just a bit i think.

But can a team just click all of a sudden?

Yh, depends on the team talk or if you have changed any tactics. Sometimes it just happens. Say if a team has low moral, you wouldn't expect them to not win a game for years would you? Just the one result could improve your fortunes.

The trick is to get your moral up, then be careful with your team talks to keep the moral up "You can win/Well done" should be the limit unless you really stuff someone. Finally, ignore all the pre-match questions and try not to shift your team around too much.

Just by playing the same old, really happy, players and never answering pre-match questions I'm currently on a 44 match unbeaten run in the league and have just lost my 29 match all competition winning run.

Moral = Too Important. (But it's something to abuse until they patch it back to a sensible level).
