I have been playing with A.C Milan and have over 350M€ in the bank to buy players for. That would give me some pretty good players. In the end after too many refuses of my bids I decided to use GenieScout to find what the sell value would be. This is the most unrealistic feature/bug in FM2008, you simply can´t buy players under contract
Fabio Cannavaro - 33 years old, estimated value of 7M€. Genies sale value is 215M€ and Real refused a bid of 145M€ for a guy that is 33, not realistic.
Gilberto Silva, 30, Arsenal. Value in the game of 15M€ and Arsenal refused a bid of 115M€
Isnt this strange when you look in reality, Anelka 15M€ to Chelsea, Defoe 15M€ to Pompey ?
