In the team settings, the options for reserves and youth team are for the coach to use current tactics. I can also go on vacation and tick the box for use current tactics.
I already know that if my first team plays with the 3-5-2 formation, then the rest of my teams will run the same formation.
However, my question is this: Does ticking the "use current tactics" box also mean that my individual position instructions for the first team (i.e. FC's are offensive mentality, medium creativity, DC's are defensive mentality with low creativity, whole team is on counterrattacks and use playmaker) carry over to these teams as well?
I can never be certain of this from reading the match reports and studying the statistics.
