im in year 4 with arsenal and had hoped my second string would come in and start replacing my 1st team
the youth is-
iago
bojan
pato
augero
asianti
song
walcott
djourou
marcelo
denilson
hoyte
murphy
vela
wjinaldum
now this is most they have all been on loan for at least 2 years doing well and have all had a year in the reserves but i hoped they would start being undroppable by now....at least bojan and pato
the only ones who are doing well are walcott and song.
so whats going wrong my theorys
-they norm are subs who come on so dont get enough time
-they only start every 4th game so maybe need to play a few in a row-
-they just cant cut it till at least the age of 23
any other ideas? thanx in advance
well i am yea im very loyal to my players and these guys have won me both reserve leagues for 3 years (granted not hard)
but all are wonder kids when you click profile and its not like crap clubs are loaning them last year most went to prem clubs ......i duno maybe money is the only way in this game
Its difficult to expect all of those to come through at the same time. I would say they need more 1st team minutes too. I tend not to send out my best prospects on loan because usually the club you send them too doesnt have as good training and coaching facilities as arsenal so this would affect their stat improvements, but they would get first team football so maybe just send them for 3 months of the year.
Or sell your first teams and just take a chance on them? They'll need a run in the first team before they can become undroppable plus it'll improve them much more than the odd game here and there.
If your 4 seasons in that team should be pretty much unbeatable. Just take a gamble and play them all for a few matches, its gunna take a while for them to gel and that
I hope to good your not doing something "wrong" with your kids
Be patient. In time they will turn into the worldbeaters if you give them time. And have a good coaching staff
