They need to play in your first team. I was managing Blackburn in this version and could only afford youngsters. They played every game and after 4 seasons won ll competitions that they could.

now this is most they have all been on loan for at least 2 years doing well and have all had a year in the reserves but i hoped they would start being undroppable by now....at least bojan and pato

the only ones who are doing well are walcott and song.

so whats going wrong my theorys

-they norm are subs who come on so dont get enough time
-they only start every 4th game so maybe need to play a few in a row-

-they just cant cut it till at least the age of 23
any other ideas? thanx in advance

It'snot always good to send world class players out on loan. It can help yes but it depends where they are going on loan to..... playing in some lower league team who train in a pub car park wont help them improve as they should and could in your reserve team.

Agreed! Thought I might have to be called as a witness.

It's all about playing as a team, you may have a team of starlets, but if they don't play well together, then you might as well have a team of pub players.

Getting them to play well together is up to you, and kind of what this game is all about.
